I started my career with insurance in 2020 working for a Fortune 100 company where I mainly worked from home and assisted customers across the country with concerns, answering questions, billing, and providing information about the company's products and services. 

By year two of working from home I’ve experienced workplace disconnect, disproportionate work-life balance and increased isolation. I realized being in a working environment outside of home and with co-workers helps me get through long days and gives me something to look forward to.  

Now I’ve been added to a great team here at The Insurance Pad where I’m much happier working in office than being at home alone all day. 

When I’m not in office I’m usually completing package orders for my small business, supporting my friend’s businesses, taking mini trips or hanging out at a lounge with friends and family.
